Job description



Do you have experience working with SAP? Do you have experience working in customer service and invoicing? Would you like to work for a business that invests in and cares for its employees?

As part of the Service team and reporting into the Service Director, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.



Due to the experience required including administration of spare parts SAP experience is essential for this vacancy.



Experience in working with CRM systems is highly advantageous.

Job Specification




  • Spare parts administration – generating quotations in SAP.

  • Taking spare part order requests from customers and engineers.

  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers.

  • Placing spare orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels.

  • Invoicing service orders.

  • Invoice queries.

  • Uploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals.

  • Daily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queues.

  • Weekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service Director.

  • Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management.

  • Ad hoc customer reports.



Person Specification




  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience.

  • Effective communication skills both oral and written.

  • Be a confident problem solver.

  • Multitask.

  • Experience in a performance-managed environment, including working with SLAs and achieving KPIs.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.



You will be heavily invested in training and ongoing support will be provided.



This is an office-based role. The working hours/days are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. Bank holidays will need to be worked but can be booked as annual leave. A full list of benefits is provided at the telephone interview stage.
