Location: Wisbech and surrounding areas (Fenland region)

Reports to: Technical Service Manager

Salary: On target earnings of £33,250 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic petrol forecourt equipment (fuel pumps, dispensers, tank gauges, DCDs, etc.).


• Perform planned preventative maintenance programs.


• Assess and report accidental damage for costing purposes.


• Commission new and refurbished sites.


• Manage van stock inventory.


• Verify and calibrate new and refurbished fuel dispensers (subject to certification).


• Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring consistent and professional attendance and punctuality.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise: Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background, with experience in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance.


• Communication Skills: Able to interact effectively with customers on-site.


• Team Player: Works well with others to achieve common goals.


• Proactive Attitude: Demonstrates a can-do approach and thrives under pressure.


• Organisational Skills: Methodical and organised in task management.


• Flexibility: Willing to travel as required and adapt to changing schedules.
