This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a global business that has been at the forefront of the weighing and labelling industry for many years. Their products are used by many of the world's leading retail and manufacturing companies.
As part of a department of ten people this role is integral to the responsibility for the delivery of projects and goods. You will liaise directly with customers and other departments within the UK setup to ensure resource/support is available to meet project timelines seamlessly.
Therefore experience within customer service, project management or similar is essential. Any experience of SAP is highly advantageous but not essential.
The future looks promising for this business and they are led by a management team which has been in place for a number of years.

You will be heavily invested in and training and on-going support will be provided.
This is an office based role. The working hours/days are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with a full list of benefits provided at telephone interview stage. An earlier finish is possible with a shorter lunch break.
Job specification
- Process orders for labels that may originate from customers or sales staff.
- Monitor open orders and keep relevant parties informed of expected deliveries.
- Liaising with sales team, department colleagues, and labels factory to ensure a trouble-free experience for customers ensuring needs are met.
- Providing all relevant documents both internally and externally.
- Managing customer expectations including pricing and delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvements and make recommendations.
- Issue Production Purchase orders.
- Manage Purchase orders to Suppliers within Operations.
- Coordinate and control Production Plan.
- Provide administrative support to Sales as well as Operations.
- Ad-Hoc duties as per the request of your line manager.
Personal specification
- Customer focus with excellent customer service experience.
- Effective communication.
- Multitask.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Organised with a good attention to detail.
- Team Player.
- Confident with Microsoft packages.
- Proficient in SAP (Highly advantageous).
